Hope's areas of expertise are marketing and sales, national sales leadership, business development and operations, strategic planning, and analysis. Hope has extensive knowledge in brand building, and also private label opportunities. As part of her network Hope is a Master Broker with a nationwide team of associates who have over 30 years representation with their retailers demographically.

Tim DeLong has over 30 years in extensive product development, business management, comprehensive or slected services for a start-up or enhancing in-house operations. Tim's areas of expertise include product ideation and cost awareness, formulation and prototype creation, and product functionality, shelf life, cooking instructions-usage product recipes. Matching of products with the appropriate co-packers nationwide.

Tim also has extensive experience in plant functionality and productivity analysis.

Melissa Mercado

Administration

Melissa has 18 years in the manufacturing industry, specifically food. Melissa started out in administration, and began purchasing 15 years ago. From that point her roles expanded to include inventory management, warehouse management, and logistics. Over the last three years Melissa has continued to evolve in her role to include overseeing the administration which includes A/R, A/P, product procurement, inventory management, EDI, and website design.

Kris Fearnley

Logistics

Kris has 15 years experience in supply chain. After graduating with his Bachelors in Business at FAU Kris went into Supply Chain Management for a nationwide refrigerated prepared food manufacturer where he specialized in production and personnel scheduling, warehouse management, and logistics.
